5 ways to check a dispensary is licensed

  1. Find the QR seal at the door. Licensed stores must post it at eye level within 3 feet of the main entrance.
  2. Scan it. It opens OCM's list of every licensed adult-use dispensary.
  3. Match the store. Look up the name and address on the OCM verification page or the state's Buy Legal map.
  4. Check the package. Legal products carry the New York universal symbol, which means they were tested.
  5. Check the price tag. Licensed stores must show the total with tax next to the price.
